Ann Marie Oliver-Nickerson

Ann Marie Oliver-Nickerson/AMON is also a member of the Cape Cod Art Association and the Falmouth Artists Guild. She is a graduate of Montserrat College of Art. She has worked in the graphics/commercial prepress field for 25 years and has her own graphic design studio in Hyannis.

Amon's fascination with the beauty of the Cape is the inspiration for her pastel painting. She often paints plein air around the Waquoit bay area, and in Marstons Mills where she lives. Her favorite places re-emerge time and again in her work, often depicted through the seasons and at different times of day.
