A young girl on a carousel, looking back wistfully toward the past; being anxiously carried forward toward the uncertain future. I used the tilt of the carousel as it careens forward in a blur of motion. Her steed is wild-eyed and plunging forward, uncontrollable, a time-worn horse who has carried many a young rider forward to their destiny.
